The Atkin's Universal Notebook is made entirely by hand. Each book has been hand-sewn, glued and trimmed. Covers are individually created using a variety of papers and materials. Therefore each book is unique.
The Universal Notebook is designed to provide a useful, sturdy, and yet aesthetically pleasing book. The Atkin's Universal Notebook is suitable for domestic use, the collection of occasional jottings and foreign travel.
The Universal Notebook is 5x7 inches with 48 pages bound on the vertical. The perfect book for keeping notes or as a gift for a friend.
The Travel Series has five additional pages at the back of the book developed to hold tickets, postcards and the other ephemera collected while travelling.
Hall's Memorandum Book is based on
a book, in my own collection, sold in the early 1800's by Thorpe and Burch,
Jewery Street, Aldgate, London. A perfect book for drawing and sketching,
while travelling.
